Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment for suspicious activities or unauthorized entries.
- Control access points, verify identities of visitors and residents, and accurately log all entries and exits.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance from residents.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
- Assist residents and visitors with directions or minor security-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and estate management to address security concerns.
- Conduct perimeter checks and ensure all gates and entry points are secure.
