Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse and during delivery.
- Prepare and present comprehensive logistics reports, including performance metrics, costs, and service levels.

- Manage all necessary documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations where applicable.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics coordination, warehouse management, and delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent organizational and meticulous time management skills.
