Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform component-level repairs, including motherboard and power supply replacements.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Remove malware, viruses, and spyware, and implement preventative security measures.
