Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from inventory using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
- Efficiently pack items according to established procedures to ensure safe transport.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity, ensuring all orders are complete and correct.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory, ensuring items are placed in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, if certified or trained).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.
