Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating.
- Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items, specials, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
