Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including perimeters and common areas, to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activities or breaches immediately.
- Control access points, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the estate, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, security incidents, and alarms, following established protocols.
- Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries and provide directions when necessary.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and observation notes.
- Collaborate closely with other security personnel and estate management to ensure cohesive security operations.
- Inspect security equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Conduct routine checks for fire hazards, safety violations, and other potential risks.

- Basic understanding of security principles and procedures.
- Excellent observational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
