Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, press, and iron all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all items for stains, damage, and wear, treating or reporting issues as necessary.
- Monitor and manage laundry supplies, including detergents, softeners, and stain removers, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry area, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests for laundry services professionally and with discretion.
- Assist with inventory counts of linens and uniforms as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms and other hotel departments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to uniform and personal presentation.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and pushing laundry carts.
