This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a talented Architectural Technologist to contribute to a portfolio of high-specification residential projects situated across London’s most desirable boroughs, particularly within Chelsea. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative architectural concepts and practical, buildable solutions. Working closely with our client’s award-winning design teams and external consultants, you will be responsible for developing detailed technical design packages from concept stages through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules for high-end residential projects.
- Develop construction details and solutions that meet design intent, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Ensure all technical design work complies with UK Building Regulations, BREEAM, and other relevant standards.
- Utilize BIM software (Revit) for project development and coordination.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and contractors to integrate all aspects of the design.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare tender documentation and assist with contractor procurement.
- Research and specify appropriate materials, components, and construction systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical design principles.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
