Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehouse activities, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and track the movement of goods according to customer requirements and internal schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, dispatches, and delivery status.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise in the logistics process efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics.
- Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage inventory.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in warehouse and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
