We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join the dedicated team at a premier hotel café in Ilasa, Mushin. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and consistency.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

- Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate till reconciliation.
- Ensure the café area, equipment, and serving utensils are clean, organized, and meet hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages.
- Educate guests on menu items, coffee origins, and preparation methods.
- Assist with special requests, including preparing beverages for room service.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and various brew methods.
