Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandising, shelf stocking, and ensuring a tidy and organized sales floor.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and resolve complaints with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.
