Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain planograms to ensure product presentation meets company standards.
- Arrange and display merchandise to create inviting and aesthetically pleasing store environments that drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock rotation, and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays, signage, and special event presentations.
- Collaborate with store management and sales associates to understand sales trends and adjust displays accordingly.
- Conduct regular store walks to identify merchandising opportunities and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer engagement with displays to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of merchandising areas and displays.
- Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar visual merchandising role (1+ year).
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
