Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment by regularly washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas are sanitised and meet hygiene standards.
- Support with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management of food supplies.
