As an Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and professionals through their academic and career journeys, helping them identify the best educational pathways, universities, and vocational programs both locally and internationally. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive consultations, assessing individual needs, and providing tailored advice on program selection, application processes, and career planning. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students and their families to understand their educational background, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on suitable academic programs, courses, universities, and educational institutions worldwide, aligning with client aspirations and eligibility.
- Guide clients through the entire application process, including document preparation, essay writing, interview coaching, and submission of applications.
- Assist clients with visa application procedures, ensuring all requirements are met for their chosen study destination.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in global education, admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and partners to ensure up-to-date program information and smooth application processes.
- Participate in educational fairs, workshops, and promotional activities to represent Career.supersecrets and attract new clients.
- Develop and implement personalized education plans that cater to the unique needs and ambitions of each client.
- Achieve and exceed counseling targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or academic advisory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of global education systems (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
