Key Responsibilities
- Execute photographic assignments for various events (e.g., conferences, weddings, concerts, corporate functions) and commercial projects (e.g., product photography, corporate headshots, marketing content).
- Consult with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific photography requirements for each project.
- Plan and set up appropriate lighting, backdrops, and other necessary equipment on location or in a studio.
- Capture high-quality images that meet client specifications and creative briefs, demonstrating strong technical proficiency and artistic flair.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, color correction, retouching, and image optimization using industry-standard software.
- Deliver final edited images in specified formats and within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain and manage personal professional photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Adhere to professional conduct, punctuality, and client confidentiality on all assignments.
- Manage invoicing and contractual agreements for each project as a freelance professional.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and associated lenses/equipment.
- Expertise in lighting techniques (natural, artificial, studio flash) and composition.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other professional editing software.
- Proven experience in both event and commercial photography.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse photographic skills and stylistic range.
