Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring all dishes meet presentation standards.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and promptly respond to requests.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is prepared for service or secured at closing.
- Contribute positively to the team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a cooperative spirit.

- Ability to speak multiple local languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo) in addition to English.
