Job Description
ESUT seeks a highly skilled Biostatistics Data Scientist to contribute to our expanding research initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing complex statistical studies related to various health and biomedical research projects. This role involves collaborating with researchers across different departments, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. You will be involved in all phases of the research cycle, from study design to publication of findings. Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct statistical analyses of complex biomedical data.
- Develop and implement statistical models and methodologies.
- Collaborate with researchers in designing and conducting research studies.
- Prepare and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of large datasets.
- Interpret and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with advances in statistical methodology and biostatistics.
- Contribute to the writing of research reports and publications.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide support in statistical analysis.
- Participate in the development of research grant proposals.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
