Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
- Respond effectively and professionally to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance among residents and visitors.
- Conduct routine checks of gates, fences, and security equipment.
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner when required.
- Collaborate with senior security personnel to implement and refine security procedures and enhance overall estate safety.
