Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for executives, family members, and guests.
- Maintain the corporate vehicle(s) in immaculate condition, ensuring regular cleaning and routine checks.
- Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion, using navigation tools effectively.
- Manage vehicle logbooks, track fuel consumption, and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as required.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle confidential information and personal matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform errands and other tasks as assigned by the principal or household management.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, and licenses, are current and valid.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private household setting
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, alternative routes, and traffic patterns
- Strong defensive driving skills and a proven clean driving record
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Punctual, reliable, and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Proficiency in using navigation applications (e.g., Google Maps, Waze)
Preferred Qualifications
