Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, lash and brow services, and makeup application.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and skin/nail conditions, recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Ensure all equipment and workstations are meticulously cleaned, sterilized, and prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on beauty products and aftercare routines, driving product sales where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous training and research.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
