As a Junior Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant, which serves a diverse clientele ranging from hotel guests to local patrons. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily dining operations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including waiters, hosts, and bussers.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory, manage orders, and minimize waste.
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Support promotional activities and special events within the restaurant.
- Open and close the restaurant as per operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
