Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties using both traditional and water-fed pole systems.
- Ensure all windows, frames, and sills are cleaned to a high standard, leaving them streak-free and sparkling.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Maintain all equipment in excellent working order, reporting any faults or damage promptly.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, representing Oxford Window Cleaners Ltd with integrity.
- Manage daily routes efficiently, ensuring timely completion of all scheduled jobs.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including job sheets and customer feedback forms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Window Cleaner, ideally with both traditional and water-fed pole systems.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing, climbing, and lifting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
