Job Description
The Digital Learning Coordinator will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our diverse workforce. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a passion for leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning content (including videos, interactive modules, and online assessments), and track the effectiveness of learning programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our learning management system (LMS) and ensuring its seamless integration with other HR systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning content using various multimedia tools and platforms.
- Identify and assess training needs across different departments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and update our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in digital learning.
- Maintain accurate records of training materials and participant progress.
Required Skills
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating engaging and interactive online learning materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a digital learning or training role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
