Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas by setting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all necessary condiments and supplies are readily available.
- Assist waiters in serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for new arrivals.
- Replenish water glasses, bread baskets, and other table essentials as needed throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of buffets, private events, and special dining arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant, including side stations, service areas, and storage spaces.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the Head Waiter or Supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Learn menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to answer guest questions accurately.
