Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the estate perimeter, common areas, and designated zones to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other advanced security systems meticulously for any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Strictly control access to the estate by diligently verifying the identities of residents, authorized visitors, and registered vendors.
- Accurately log and report all incoming and outgoing vehicles and personnel movements.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents as per established protocols.
- Consistently enforce estate rules and regulations to ensure a safe, orderly, and compliant environment for all residents.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely incident reports and daily activity logs for management review.
- Assist residents and visitors with security-related inquiries and politely provide directions or information when needed.
- Collaborate effectively with senior security personnel and estate management to proactively address and resolve security concerns.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and conduct at all times while on duty.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of fundamental security principles and procedures.
