Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute diverse photography assignments, including corporate events, weddings, product shoots, architectural photography, and branding campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients and Vantage Photography's creative team to understand project briefs, desired aesthetics, and specific deliverables.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, accessories) to capture high-resolution images.
- Expertly compose shots, manage lighting, and apply advanced photographic techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive post-production work, including culling, color correction, retouching, and image manipulation using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Ensure all delivered images meet Vantage Photography's quality standards and client specifications.
- Adhere strictly to project timelines and deadlines for image delivery.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and the Vantage Photography team throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage and back up photographic data securely.
- Represent Vantage Photography with professionalism and artistic integrity at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional photography experience in event and commercial settings.
- Expert proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, various lenses, and lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lights, modifiers).
- Advanced skills in photo editing software, particularly Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of photographic principles, composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating a wide range of event and commercial photography work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic eye.
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to various locations within Abuja.
