Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual and automatic screen printing presses with precision.
- Prepare screens for printing, including stretching, coating, exposing, and developing.
- Accurately mix and match ink colors according to client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Load and unload various materials onto the printing press, ensuring proper alignment and registration for optimal print quality.
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results and minimize waste.
- Perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance on all screen printing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common printing issues such as misprints, smudges, blockages, and color inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects.
- Manage inventory of inks, screens, and other essential printing supplies, reporting needs to management promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in operating screen printing equipment (manual and/or automatic).
