Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior car washing, including pre-soaking, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Execute interior cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming carpets and upholstery, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and detailing dashboards.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and tire dressings as required to enhance vehicle appearance and protection.
- Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure all areas meet Mr. Wash's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Operate and maintain car wash equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and products responsibly, adhering to safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Assist with customer service by greeting clients, answering basic questions about services, and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the wash bays and surrounding areas.
