Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items such as fried chicken, chips, and other menu offerings according to KFC's high standards and recipes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with stocking inventory, unpacking deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally.
