Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and assist them with menu choices.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring food quality and presentation.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with restocking condiments, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
