Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehouse activities, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
- Oversee the scheduling and routing of deliveries, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely dispatch of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics tasks.
- Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving any transit issues promptly.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to logistics, including waybills, invoices, and customs forms.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze logistical data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate data.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within a warehouse and delivery environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
