The Academic Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our academic programs. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the academic calendar, curriculum development support, teacher training initiatives, and managing the assessment process. This role demands attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the school's academic calendar, ensuring timely implementation of programs and activities.
- Provide support in curriculum development and implementation, ensuring alignment with the British curriculum and school standards.
- Organize and facilitate teacher professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Manage the assessment process, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on student academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to address any academic challenges or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student academic performance and program activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to academic programs.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives related to continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
