Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and tinting according to Sorbet's high standards.
- Provide professional hair services such as cutting, colouring (highlights, lowlights, full colour), styling (blowouts, updos), and various hair treatments (e.g., keratin, deep conditioning).
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Actively promote and upsell salon products and services, meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and participation in training sessions.
- Manage appointment bookings, client records, and contribute to inventory management as required.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a cohesive work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in a wide range of beauty therapy treatments (facials, massages, nails, waxing).
- Demonstrable skills in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and blow-drying.
