Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, changing linen, vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, coffee amenities) as required.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and stored correctly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, ironing, and folding linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
