Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests while diligently verifying age, identification, and adherence to venue-specific dress codes or entry policies.
- Monitor guest entry and exit points, managing queues and ensuring smooth traffic flow in and around our bustling venues.
- Maintain a highly visible and professional presence to deter undesirable behavior and respond proactively to any disturbances or potential threats.
- Expertly de-escalate verbal altercations and resolve conflicts with a calm, assertive, and professional demeanor, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both indoor and outdoor, to identify and address security risks, suspicious activities, or policy violations.
- Collaborate closely with internal security teams, hotel management, and local law enforcement when necessary to ensure comprehensive safety.
- Provide assistance to guests and staff, including giving directions, offering information, and providing support during emergencies.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies, preventing over-intoxication and ensuring strict compliance with all local regulations.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and witness statements in a timely manner.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times while representing the FIVE brand.
Required Skills
- Proven physical fitness and stamina for prolonged standing and active duties.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bouncer, Security Guard, or similar role in a high-end hospitality or entertainment venue.
- Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license or ability to obtain one.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin) are highly advantageous.
- Training in self-defense or non-violent physical intervention.
