Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Lamu Solar Energy Solutions' products and services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of solar energy solutions to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our senior sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent Lamu Solar Energy Solutions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persistent and resilient attitude, comfortable with potential rejections.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
