Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods at various delivery points.
- Verify the accuracy of product orders against delivery manifests and report any discrepancies.
- Act as navigational support, assisting the driver in identifying optimal routes and avoiding delays.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, providing updates on delivery status and estimated arrival times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections with the driver, ensuring the vehicle is clean and free from obvious defects.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
