Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and accurately process customer orders received via various channels (phone, email, sales team) into the company’s ERP/CRM system.
- Ensure all order details, pricing, and product codes are correct before processing to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with the sales team to clarify any ambiguities or missing information on orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to confirm product availability and schedule timely dispatches.
- Monitor the status of orders from processing to delivery, providing updates to the sales team and customers as required.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product availability with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate sales reports, order summaries, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
- Assist in resolving order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Support the sales department with general administrative tasks as directed.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
