Key Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers requesting taxi services in Dibba Al-Fujairah.
- Accurately log all trip details, including pickup locations, destinations, and special instructions, into the dispatch system.
- Efficiently dispatch available taxis to customers, ensuring optimal route planning and timely arrivals using GPS and dispatch software.
- Communicate effectively with taxi drivers, providing them with clear instructions and updates regarding passenger requests and road conditions.
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding their taxi's estimated arrival time or any unforeseen delays.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor the whereabouts and status of all taxis on the road to ensure continuous service flow and driver safety.
- Collaborate with other dispatchers and team members to maintain a highly organized and efficient dispatch operation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
