Your day will involve working closely with our experienced team leaders, carefully packing personal belongings, loading and unloading furniture and boxes onto our modern fleet of vehicles, and safely transporting them to their new destinations. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a considerate approach are paramount, as you will be handling cherished possessions with the utmost care. You’ll gain hands-on experience in effective packing techniques, safe lifting practices, and efficient vehicle loading, all while developing excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload household and office items onto removal vehicles.
- Carefully handle fragile and valuable items, ensuring their protection during transit.
- Assist in the dismantling and reassembly of furniture where required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the office regarding job progress and any issues.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, including vehicles and customer premises.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and queries professionally.
- Assist drivers with navigating routes and reversing vehicles when necessary.
- Undertake general duties as instructed by the team leader to ensure a smooth operation.
