Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items match picking lists and are securely packed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages, excesses, or damages to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
