Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate preparation and efficient processing of daily financial transactions and journal entries.
- Learn, understand, and apply fundamental accounting principles and practices under direct supervision.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and various other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of routine financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal review.
- Maintain well-organized and accurate financial documentation and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Contribute to data entry and verification tasks to uphold the highest standards of data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Adhere strictly to all internal financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Engage enthusiastically in all assigned training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, general ledger).
