Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently file, organize, and retrieve both physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper categorization, indexing, and version control.
  • Maintain an impeccably organized and up-to-date filing system for all company records, sensitive client contracts, general correspondence, and other vital documents.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, meticulously inputting information into various databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
  • Assist with the comprehensive preparation and meticulous compilation of reports, presentations, proposals, and other crucial administrative documents.
  • Manage and process all incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution to the relevant recipients.
  • Execute photocopying, scanning, and faxing of documents as required, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal levels of office supply inventory, coordinating and placing orders when necessary to prevent stockouts.
  • Provide comprehensive general administrative support to various departments, including assistance with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic communication.
  • Strictly ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all company documents and proprietary information at all times.
  • Assist with basic office upkeep and organization to maintain a professional, tidy, and welcoming workspace for all.
