Job Description

First Bank of Nigeria Plc is seeking a diligent and highly organized Junior Office Assistant with a keen eye for detail to join our vibrant team at our Ajao Estate branch. As a Junior Office Assistant, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch’s general administration, with a primary focus on maintaining an impeccably organized filing system. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to a well-ordered and productive office environment. Key among these is the meticulous management of physical and digital documentation, ensuring all records are correctly categorized, stored, and easily retrievable. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Sort, categorize, and file various documents, including client records, financial reports, correspondence, and internal memoranda.
  • Assist with data entry and updating of records in the bank's administrative databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members, including photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office and common areas.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
