The content can range from interviews, meetings, conferences, legal proceedings, medical dictations, and general business discussions. Your work will directly support our clients’ needs for clear documentation, research, and record-keeping, ensuring that every word is captured with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

- Proofread and edit transcripts thoroughly to ensure 99% accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and speaker identification.

- Utilise transcription software and tools efficiently to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with project managers regarding any challenges or clarifications needed for assignments.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to discern multiple speakers and accents.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy).
- Proficiency with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar).
