Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA principles, experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify automation opportunities, work closely with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The role involves extensive collaboration with various teams across the company, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of RPA development, from initial assessment and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across different industries, gaining valuable experience and expanding your skillset. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of RPA solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of deployed RPA solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong programming skills (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python).
- Experience with process mapping and analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development.
- Experience with cloud-based RPA solutions.
- Experience with integrating RPA with other systems.
