Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment in commercial and residential buildings.
- Help with the pulling of wires, conduits, and cables, ensuring proper routing and secure installation according to blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Prepare and clean work sites, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and ready for use.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards (e.g., electrical codes) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the testing of electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance electrical knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and wiring practices.
