Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized and easily accessible.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of various administrative reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Scan, index, and archive documents, transitioning physical records to digital formats where appropriate.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and preparing mail.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing office equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocols for all sensitive information and documents.
- Assist with photocopying, binding, and other clerical duties as required.
