Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in supervising daily construction activities to ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to monitor work progress, assess the quality of incoming and installed materials, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, including progress updates, accurate records of resource allocation, and documentation of any encountered issues or deviations.
- Verify quantities and quality of incoming construction materials, ensuring proper storage, handling, and optimal usage on site to minimize waste.
- Support the rigorous implementation and consistent enforcement of site-specific safety regulations and environmental protection measures.
- Actively participate in site meetings, contributing constructively to discussions on work planning, effective problem-solving, and necessary schedule adjustments.
- Assist in setting out and surveying activities using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring precise placement of structures and elements according to design.
- Collaborate effectively with various subcontractors, skilled tradesmen, and internal teams to ensure coordinated workflow and timely completion of tasks.
