Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive close protection for senior executives and their families in various environments.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and threat analyses for all planned movements and events.
- Perform advance work for all executive travel, identifying potential threats and planning secure logistics.
- Ensure secure transportation, including defensive driving and route planning.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, security incidents, and unforeseen challenges.
- Liaise effectively with local law enforcement, security personnel, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all principal-related information.
- Prepare detailed operational plans, after-action reports, and incident reports.
- Maintain proficiency in all required security techniques, tactics, and equipment through continuous training.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in executive protection, military special operations, or high-level law enforcement.
- Advanced tactical skills, including unarmed combat and defensive tactics.
- Proficiency in defensive and evasive driving techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in threat assessment, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and advanced trauma care certifications.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Ability to work irregular hours and travel extensively on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized executive protection certifications (e.g., from EP Academy, ESI, or similar reputable institutions).
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages relevant to international travel.
- Experience operating in high-threat or complex international environments.
- Knowledge of local security regulations and protocols in the UAE.
- Previous experience protecting high-net-worth individuals or corporate executives in the Middle East.
